Shifaa Feisal Amin Ibuni | Tanzania Shifaa Ibuni has over 10 years of experience in child development and growth. Currently, Shifaa is a field distribution consultant at Ubongo Learning focusing on improving literacy in underserved areas by mobilizing communities in establishing out-of-school learning centers, creating safe, inclusive, and nurturing spaces where children can learn and gain essential literacy, numeracy, and socio-emotional skills. Shifaa holds a bachelor's degree in language studies. Shifaa is committed to addressing the underrepresented needs of neurodiversity children like those with autism, ADHD, and dyslexia within education and community settings. Upon completion of the Mandela Washington Fellowship, Shifaa plans to leverage her experience to enhance her work at Ubongo Learning and streamline the integration of digital resources and diverse educational approaches into her future programs.
